The Licensing Director will help lead our Education Department, oversee childcare licensing compliance, maintain program records, and support quality services for children and families.

✅ Salary: $55,000 annually

✅ Florida Child Care Staff Credential required

✅ Minimum 2 years of relevant experience

✅ Strong organizational and leadership skills

🕒 Part-Time Positions Available
💵 $19.12 per hour

Youth Workers are responsible for guiding and supporting the educational, emotional, and social development of youth ages 6–13.

Qualifications:
✔️ High school diploma or GED required
✔️ DCF 40-hour childcare training preferred
✔️ Must complete a background screening

🎤🌟 Building Confident Voices at Sanderlin! 🌟🎤

We are so proud of our aftercare students who were recognized as contest winners during our Toastmasters enrichment program! 🏆👏

Through Toastmasters, our students strengthened skills that will serve them far beyond the classroom. They learned how to speak with confidence, organize their thoughts, communicate clearly, listen to others, and have the courage to stand in front of an audience and share their voices.

These experiences are about more than winning a contest. They are about helping children discover that their ideas matter and their voices deserve to be heard.

Congratulations to our young speakers! Keep learning, keep leading, and keep using your voice! 💚💛

Yesterday was a day we will never forget! 💚

Thank you to everyone who joined us to celebrate the groundbreaking of the new Education and Social Service Center.

To our families, students, Board members, elected officials, funders, community partners, donors, staff, friends, and everyone who has supported the Sanderlin Center through the years, thank you for showing up and celebrating this milestone with us.

We especially loved watching our students shine! From welcoming our guests and offering closing remarks to an incredible African drumming performance, they reminded us exactly why we are building.

Buildings don’t change communities. People do. And yesterday, we were surrounded by people who believe in our children, our families, and the future of this community.

We are grateful. We are excited. And we are just getting started.
