Savoring chef-inspired flavors and a perfectly paired afternoon! 🥪🍷 We had the absolute best time trying the recent lunch special at The Gardenia Dining Room. The scratch-made Open-Faced Mortadella Melt was a massive hit, especially alongside a crisp BLT salad and a delicious glass of white wine.

For us, creating happy, healthy, purposeful living means taking the time to enjoy premium, scratch-cooked meals that nourish the body and delight the senses. We love having these contemporary, restaurant-style experiences right at home, surrounded by the best neighbors imaginable!

Served alongside fragrant jasmine rice and crisp, seasonal stir-fried vegetables, it was a stunning expression of our culinary team's unwavering commitment to excellence.

We were thrilled to celebrate the premiere of the documentary From Shore to Shore: A Living Legacies Project! 🎬

This inspiring film brings the incredible World War II histories of four residents of Westminster Communities of Florida to the big screen. Their stories of resilience and achievement reminded all of us what it means to elevate well-being, find joy, and live with purpose every single day.

Bringing these narratives to life was a fantastic collaborative effort. We were honored to celebrate the launch alongside Vice President of Healthy Aging & Longevity Kelly Stranburg, Vice President of Philanthropy Jeff Coates, and other senior leaders.

Our thanks to Talegate4Joy Founder Jack York and his talented team for beautifully capturing these stories, and to Westminster Communities Foundation for their generous support, enabling the preservation of these histories.

Thank you to everyone who joined us to experience this moving project and celebrate the history, vibrant lifestyles, and independent spirit that enrich residents throughout Westminster Communities of Florida.

Our community recently enjoyed an exquisite, 'Blue Zone' inspired special at The Gardenia Dining Room, drawing inspiration from the island of Ikaria, Greece. We savored a delicately baked fish in parchment, beautifully layered with fennel, white beans, tomatoes, olives, lemon, oregano, and artichokes.

We are incredibly lucky to have scratch-cooked kitchens that prioritize seasonal, locally grown ingredients. This week's Baked Stuffed Eggplant special perfectly combined classic culinary traditions with modern nutrition, using farro and lentils to create a dish packed with energy to keep us going.

We are so lucky to be in a place where excellent food is always at the center of our community lifestyle.

Set sail for a night of pure magic! 🚢✨

Our community recently embarked on a spectacular 'sunset cruise party' right here at Westminster Suncoast. Together with our fantastic team members, we 'visited' three incredible ports of call: Havana, New Orleans, and Cancun!

From savoring authentic, tasty food from each region to moving to the music with festive salsa dancing lessons provided by Mariela's sister, we had a wonderful time. Creating happy, healthy, purposeful living is all about stepping into these joyful, immersive experiences together!

An elegant classic done to absolute perfection! 🍽️👌

Our talented culinary team loves designing contemporary menus that highlight fresh, seasonal, locally grown ingredients in our scratch-cook kitchens. This lunch experience brought us a refined dish of beef liver, sweet caramelized onions, and vibrant seasonal vegetables. We absolutely loved the elegant presentation and the wonderful social atmosphere.

A huge thank you to our team member Devon for the outstanding service that made this meal so unforgettable!
