Spirits of St. Petersburg St. Petersburg Paranormal Investigation is a ghost investigation group that works in Pinellas County. The SPIRITS of St.

Petersburg is a team of individuals who do ghost and paranormal investigations in St. Petersburg and the greater Tampa Bay Area. The team started in 1997 and is celebrating its 20th year. Petersburg Paranormal Investigation is the focused research of the group founder, Brandy Stark, who does research on animals and the supernatural, urban legends, folklore, and her own investigations into haunted activity.
