August is National Wellness Month, a good time to pause and think about the habits that support your health all year long. 🌿

Wellness looks different for everyone, but for many retirees it starts with the basics: staying active, eating well, and keeping up with routine care like dental cleanings and eye exams. Small, consistent habits can add up to a healthier year ahead.

🌕 The Buck Moon will rise over Pensacola on July 28 and 29, and we can’t think of a better place to see it than from 177 steps above the coast!

Join us for Light of the Moon to see the lighthouse after dark and enjoy the Pensacola Bay shine under moonlight.

July’s full moon gets its name from the season when bucks begin growing new antlers, and you can experience that midsummer glow from Pensacola Lighthouse!
