The Illumi-Nation Project

The Illumi-Nation Project We are dedicated to researching and developing sustainable living practices & providing interactive education for community, personal growth. Pete, FL.

We are a federally recognized 501 c. (3) not-for-profit charitable organization. Co-founded by Hal and Liza Bailstein. Our mission is to research and share innovative techniques and experiential knowledge focused on sustainability, youth empowerment, community and personal growth. We are currently developing plans for a sustainability educational community center in St. It will feature a hands-on,

innovative sustainability exhibit, for children and adults. Giving visitors the opportunity to learn and take part in organic and permaculture farming, renewable energy,
recycling, composting, & rainwater catchment techniques! Weekly workshops and classes will focus on:
sustainability, healthy cooking, yoga, art, music, communication and relationship skill-building and much more. We have been visiting “eco-villages” or intentional communities that live as sustainably as possible; i.e. farming organic food
collecting and using sustainable energy
using natural building materials
using sustainable water and waste practices
sharing material resources

We are also focusing our research on the healthy social dynamics that allow this type of environment to thrive! We were blessed to have gotten a chance to learn from:

The Hummingbird Community, Mora, New Mexico,
Emerald Village, Vista, CA
Emerald Earth, Booneville, CA
Kailash Village, Portland, OR
Tryon Farms, Portland, OR
Circle of Children, Blachly, OR

We are looking to our loved ones and family to help us in any way you can. Whether it be through monetary donation, supplies, ideas, spreading the word, suggestions, fundraising, or letting us crash at your house!

We love Meadows Community Farm. It is the definition of a wholesome community and creating the world we're all striving for! We look forward to taking part in more of their community endeavors!

🌞 From shared sunshine to more than 12 million deep breaths taken together, the Community Garden is so much more than rows of garden beds, it’s a living, breathing gathering place for Saratoga Springs. This space invites people of all ages, backgrounds, and abilities to slow down, breathe deeply, and feel at home on the land. https://www.pitneymeadowscommunityfarm.org/gift

🐝 Here, neighbors become friends, children learn where food comes from, 200+ pollinators find a thriving habitat, more than 340 gardeners tend not just to plants, but to moments of peace, connection, and joy. And through our Sovereign Gardens and partner organizations, this impact ripples far beyond the farm itself… spreading nourishment, knowledge, and empowerment across our community.

🌻 This is what you support when you give to Pitney Meadows. You’re nurturing a place where people slow down, reconnect with the land, and find a sense of belonging that’s increasingly rare in the world.

🌼 Your generosity keeps this space growing… for families, for pollinators, for future gardeners, and for the entire Saratoga Springs community.
