Are you passionate about creating unforgettable experiences? WORC4HOPE is excited to announce immediate openings at Busch Gardens! We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our team in the following roles:

Park Operations
Merchandise
What We Offer

Joining the Busch Gardens & Adventure Island family means enjoying a fun, fast-paced environment alongside great teammates. Our package includes:

FREE park admission
Discounted park admission tickets and passes for family and friends
Competitive starting pay of $12-$13 per hour
What It Takes to Succeed

We are looking for candidates who are:

At least 18 years of age
Strong communicators with impressive interpersonal skills
Able to maintain composure in stressful situations
Excellent at multi-tasking
Able to train on and properly use protective gear
Comfortable standing for the entire shift
At ease working around water and animals
Flexible to work indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions
Previous guest service experience is preferred, and basic math skills are desired.
