Join us in congratulating Eric Ventura on his new role as Executive Director of Speer YMCA! 🎉

Eric has been an integral part of the Speer YMCA team, previously serving as Senior Program Director, where he helped lead programs, build meaningful relationships, and create positive experiences for members and families.

A born-and-raised St. Petersburg native, Eric brings more than 20 years of experience in recreation, program development, community engagement, and organizational leadership to his new role. His passion for the community and commitment to creating opportunities that help individuals and families thrive make him an incredible fit to lead Speer YMCA into its next chapter.
