Join for a transformative evening as we launch our 2026 theme, “For the Love Of…”—beginning with an intentional gathering rooted in healing, nourishment, connection, and collective care.

This workshop is designed for families, caregivers, and community members ready to move beyond survival mode and into restoration, resilience, and shared safety.

Guided by LMT , visionary founder of , participants will be supported in strengthening emotional regulation, nervous system wellness, and collective well-being.

For three years, The Modern Griot Corporation has been on a mission to expand healing, empower youth voices, and break mental health stigmas — and thanks to supporters like you, we made powerful strides in 2025!

💛 Trained 100 new Mental Health First Aiders through 10 community workshops
📘 Supported 39 youth in becoming published authors
🌿 Provided direct access to holistic and clinical care for 255 individuals
💫 Launched an internal Wellness Program for our Board Members.
🦋Partnered with 16 local businesses that influence the intersections of wellness.
