We are a fun diverse club of individuals open to the public through Zoom meetings, Mondays from 7:00-8:30pm. Toastmasters International is a nonprofit educational organization that teaches public speaking and leadership skills through a worldwide network of clubs. Classic Communicators St Pete is a fun, diverse Toastmasters club of individuals from far and wide. We’re open to the public as an onl

ine event, with Zoom meetings held Saturdays 9:30-10:45 am. We offer a relaxed, creative, encouraging environment. Participate as a member of Toastmasters from the comfort of your own home, and Classic Communicators will provide the support you need to find your voice and achieve your goals. Contact us to join today, learn more, or attend as a guest. In the future, we may offer once-a-month, in-person, hybrid meetings in the St. Petersburg, Florida area. Until then, we’ll see you on Zoom. Feel free to invite a friend or two. Guests are always welcome!

Classic Communicators earned the 2025 "Beat the Clock" Award for adding five members during that promotion period this year. We were also rated as a Distinguished Club in 2025. Way to go Club!

Classic Communicators Toastmasters offers a unique innovating approach to keeping meetings fun and interesting, and today’s meeting was no exception with a Dramatic Reading contest.

A big thank you to all of the members, judges, and guests attending today’s meeting for competing or contributing and helping to make this event an engaging and inspiring one. To all who could join us Saturday, thank you for attending our "It's Five O'clock Somewhere" event and helping Classic Communicators celebrate the chartering of our club! 🥂 We had a fantastic time with marvelous members and special guests joining the merriment, including keynote speaker, Toastmasters International President, Richard E Peck.

Richard, thank you so much for inspiring us with your story and sharing your accomplishments and insights. One of the many impactful points you imparted should resonate not only with club members but with everyone everywhere: "Your goals change. Your goals should always change." This is great advice to keep in mind as we pursue our journey through the ebb and flow of life.

To round out the celebration, we were entertained by a round-robin of Table Topics as members and guests shared tales about first public speaking engagements and favorite roles in Toastmasters. Thank you, Bonnie, for hosting a tremendously fun session of Table Topics!

And to all Classic Communicators, Congratulations for achieving club charter status! 🥳 Hooray!

It’s Five O’clock Somewhere!

Classic Communicators (St Pete) invites you to join us Saturday morning, June 26, as we celebrate our newly chartered Toastmasters club!

This BYOB (Bring Your Own Breakfast) Zoom event will start with a meet and greet between 9:00 and 9:20 am, followed by a fun talk by keynote speaker, Toastmasters International President, Richard E. Peck! We’ll also entertain you with Tall Tale Table Topics.

Join our bubbly bunch of Classic Communicators for “It’s Five O’clock Somewhere” an online celebration, this Saturday at 9:00 am!
