Today our talented Summer Camp performers take the stage for Disney's Descendants: The Musical at The Mahaffey Theater! After three incredible weeks of camp, our cast is ready to share the magic, energy, and heart of this spellbinding production.

Get a behind-the-scenes look before the curtain rises!

The excitement is building as our talented Bill Edwards Foundation for the Arts Summer Campers put the finishing touches on Disney's Descendants: The Musical during final rehearsals before they "descend" on the Mahaffey stage. From the performers in the spotlight to the students working behind the scenes, these young artists have spent weeks honing their craft—and they're ready to shine.

A special thank you to FOX 13's Barry Wong for stopping by to capture the energy, dedication, and excitement leading up to opening night. FOX 13 News - Tampa Bay featured the production and the remarkable work these students have accomplished.

It all starts in the rehearsal room.
For the past three weeks, our Bill Edwards Foundation for the Arts Summer Camp performers have been working hard to bring Disney's Descendants: The Musical to life. They've spent their days learning choreography, practicing vocals, developing characters, rehearsing scenes, building the set, and creating the teamwork needed to bring a full musical production together.
Every song, every dance move, every scene, and every detail of the set represents hours of dedication, creativity, and commitment from these young artists.
Now, after three weeks of hard work and collaboration, they're ready to share the magic of the Isle of the Lost and Auradon with you. ✨
