Dogs On Duty Dogs on Duty is a registered 501c3, Missouri non-profit organization providing life saving and necessary daily tools & equipment for working dogs.

We at Dogs on Duty want to help raise money to provide tools & equipment such as Kevlar Bullet Proof Vests to protect Police Dogs, Cooling Vests & GPS Collars for Search & Rescue, supplies for Therapy & Service Dogs and much more. Many organizations have limited funds & budgets during these challenging economic times. Our goal is to help as many local Working Dogs as we can so they can service those that need them the most.

🐾 WE'RE GROWING — AND WE NEED YOUR HELP! 🐾

Dogs On Duty is a proud 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting working dogs and the people who depend on them. From Service Dogs and Professional Therapy Dogs to Police K9s and other working dogs, our mission is to provide training, placement assistance, equipment, veterinary care, and resources that help these incredible dogs perform their jobs safely and effectively.

As our organization continues to grow, we're looking for a passionate and motivated **Commission-Based Event Coordinator** to join our team!

🎉 **What You'll Do:**
• Plan and coordinate fundraising events
• Build relationships with local businesses and sponsors
• Help increase community awareness of Dogs On Duty
• Organize raffles, auctions, community events, and fundraisers
• Promote events through social media and community outreach
• Help generate funding that directly supports working dogs and their handlers

💰 **Compensation**
This is a commission-based independent contractor position.

✔ Earn **15% of net event proceeds**
✔ Flexible schedule
✔ Work remotely with local event travel as needed
✔ Unlimited earning potential based on your success

🐕 **The Ideal Candidate**
We're looking for someone who:
• Loves giving back to their community
• Enjoys networking and building relationships
• Is organized, creative, and self-motivated
• Has experience in event planning, fundraising, marketing, or sales (preferred but not required)
• Believes in our mission and wants to make a real difference

Every successful event helps us continue supporting veterans, first responders, individuals with disabilities, schools, law enforcement agencies, and the working dogs who serve them.

At Dogs On Duty, we are especially reminded that service comes in many forms. Alongside our military heroes, countless working dogs have also served with unwavering loyalty and bravery. From military working dogs and police K9s to service dogs supporting veterans every day, these incredible dogs stand beside their handlers through some of life’s most difficult moments.

We are proud to support the working dogs and handlers who continue carrying that mission forward — protecting, serving, comforting, and changing lives every single day.

Today we remember the fallen, honor the heroes beside us, and thank every veteran, active-duty service member, first responder, and working dog team for their sacrifice and dedication.

From all of us at Dogs On Duty — thank you for your service, and we will never forget. 🇺🇸🐾
