St. Peter Area Food Shelf

Hello everyone! Last month we had some quality and quantity issues. The produce drive has always allowed households to pick up for other households with no limitations. This year I ran out of food at every drive within the first hour. We are implementing a limit of 4 households. You may only pick up for 4 total neighbors and friends including yourself. Going forward I may have to lower this number again in order to meet my full community needs. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding. Please share this post.

Hello everyone! I could really use some help at the September 9, 2026 and October 14, 2026 produce drives. 9 am - 12:30 pm. Please sign up if you are available.

Help distribute fresh produce to the St. Peter area communties. This distribution is a drive-through style pickup event intended to benefit low income community members. Because of the significant increase in the number of neighbors needing food support, beginning Monday, August 17 the St. Peter Area Food Shelf will get weekly food truck deliveries and will add a half hour to each service day.

With these changes, more volunteers are needed! Please stop by the food shelf during open hours.

Appointments are required for food pick up!

New Service Hours:

Monday - 12:30 pm - 3:00 pm
Tuesday - Closed
Wednesday - 12:30 pm - 3:00 pm
Thursday - 5:00 pm - 7:30 pm
Friday - 12:30 pm - 3:00 pm
