BEST. DAY. EVER!!! ✨👑💓

and .for.ladybug are thrilled to announce our next Best Day Ever Photoshoot will be taking place in….. FLORIDA! 🏝️

On October 15th, we will be making magic at the Don Cesar Resort in St. Petersburg, Florida for 12 special childhood cancer fighters. 🎗️

“Perched above a white sand beach with turquoise gulf waters lapping gently at the shore, the Don Cesar, fondly called “The Pink Palace” lays.”

Ella named her hospital room “The Pink Palace,” so we knew this collaboration was meant to be. 💕

We will be collaborating with our friends and on this wonderful day, which was made possible by Glimmer of Hope’s grant from the Dunkin Joy in Childhood Foundation. 🩷🧡

Jessica Thomas Photography will be joining us along with Femme Akoi to provide beautiful photos, hair and makeup services for these girls. Each girl will be dressed as a princess, showered with gifts and treated to a tea party fit for a princess. 🥰

Registration is now OPEN for this photoshoot! Your child must be between the ages of 3-10, a childhood cancer fighter or survivor (in treatment within the last 3 years), living in Florida, able to travel to St. Pete Beach.

We will be accepting 12 girls for this photoshoot, first come, first serve, and these fill up fast! So don’t hesitate, register today! 🫶🏼

My heart hurts to type this. This morning, Angela finally became free of pain fighting Alveolar Rhabdomyosarcoma.

I was extremely blessed to grow a loving relationship with Angela and her mother after learning Angela’s story two years ago, and sharing her international care package experience with the world on several news stations across the country. Angela messaged me almost every week, always checking on my personal well-being and sharing her gratitude for our friendship. She had one of the most loving hearts I had ever met.

Angela, I am so sorry. I will miss you more than the stars and moon in the sky. Thank you for blessing my life and sharing your strength.

To Angela’s mother, father and younger siblings, I send my deepest condolences and wish you comfort during this transition.

Rest in paradise, sweet girl. 💛🙏🏻

Today is World Cancer Day. 🎗

A day to reflect and support the fighters, survivors, and angels.

Although this day is meant for support and advocacy, this is also a day of grieving the precious lifetime before cancer. Please be patient with your affected friends and family on this day.

For those lucky enough to never experience cancer, we ask you to stand with the millions of people and communities affected every single day. Support your research and awareness organizations, round up your total amount at the grocery store to donate to research, and check on your family and friends.

Because NO ONE can fight cancer alone. 🎗

Wonder how our care packages created? Here’s a small insight!

🐞 𝙏𝙊𝙔𝙎 : Toys & other items are typically donated through our Amazon Wishlist. The items put onto our Amazon Wishlist are requested by applicants. We also host local toy drives in our community to receive new or gently used items!

🐞 𝙎𝙃𝙄𝙋𝙋𝙄𝙉𝙂 𝙎𝙐𝙋𝙋𝙇𝙄𝙀𝙎 : To collect boxes, we’ll sometimes visit department stores and ask for any extra cardboard boxes that would otherwise be recycled. Tape, box cutters and scissors have all been graciously donated through our Amazon Wishlist.

🐞 𝙎𝙃𝙄𝙋𝙋𝙄𝙉𝙂 𝘾𝙊𝙎𝙏𝙎 : Our care packages would not exist without the financial support from our donors. Every package is 100% sponsored by donors! The more support = more smiles to put on kids faces! 🤩
