Sunnies! Summer swim and water safety opportunities are here and open for enrollment. We’d love to have you there!

Camp Phalen Saint Paul City Day Campers is a Minnesota up-north experience in our backyard! There will be paddle sports, outdoor skills, hikes, beach games and swimming, arts and crafts, and much more! Snacks and lunch are provided at no additional cost. Today was a historic moment for the Sunnies 🐠🏊🏽‍♀️🏊🏊🏿‍♀️🐠, and for Aquatics in St Paul, today after two years we swam our first invitational at the beautiful University of Minnesota Aquatic Center vs the Grey Ducks. The families, kids and coaches represented our program and our city with pride, joy, kindness, respect and showed extraordinary sportsmanship.
They showcased the best of the sport and of our community; cheering 📣 loud and proud for every swimmer, in both teams! Celebrating ours and theirs achievements! Embraced both teams for a lovely celebratory picture!
Their performances were outstanding! With PR in almost every event! Winning 15/18 races, and competing honorably and hard.
This is the result or a shared dream and a community first approach, by breaking barriers -financial and social- and broadening our talent base we appeal and develop local talent, kids and families that might have never swim competitively otherwise. Talent comes in all colors, sizes and shapes, they just need the opportunity to grow and show. We are grateful to the Grey Ducks for hosting at that beautiful venue , you were kind and gracious. We will return the courtesy next Fall.

St Paul Sunnies Developmental Swim Team are a full St Paul grown and run swim team, all of our swimmers and coaches come from the city and tonight we celebrated with the kids the end of the Spring 2026 season. It was joyful, fulfilling and a reminder of what we can achieve together in community. It was a great showcase of the kids ‘ skills on the water but more importantly, of what this city has to offer and it’s possible when its people come together. We are overjoyed of your love and appreciation and pledge to keep doing the good work and dreaming of a better future for all. Truly grateful tonight, words fail to accurately convey how proud we are. Sunnies on three, Sunnies for Ever 🐠.
