Ambassadors of the Saint Paul Winter Carnival

Providing hospitality and activity coordination within the Winter Carnival community. As the years progressed, so did the organization and its focus.

Organized in 1960 as a Women’s Division, membership was only open to the wives of Winter Carnival Royalty and volunteers. Their purpose was mainly one of providing hospitality and a feminine touch to Carnival activities. The organization’s programming evolved from the simple hosting duties of an event and activity coordination. Membership is now open to the public, and currently is the only group

within the Winter Carnival that does not require membership in past royal family for admittance. Also, in the early 90’s the name was changed to the Ambassadors of the Saint Paul Winter Carnival and males were welcomed as members. Membership is open to anyone who is enchanted by the tradition and pageantry of the Saint Paul Winter Carnival and we invite you to join. Ambassador Activities include:

*Pre-Carnival Dinner showcasing the Queen of Snows Candidates
*Pre-Carnival Luncheon and Fashion Show in honor of the Reigning Queen of Snows
*Post-Parade Hospitality Room for Royalty, special visiting guests, and Uniformed Group Members
*Clothing the Ladies of the Royal Family with their official wardrobe
*Winter Carnival Summer Reunion Dinner and Golf Tournament
*Marching Unit in local parades and Pin sales
*Charitable donations throughout the year
*Monthly Socials

Join us next Tuesday the 19th for our Ambassadors Annual Meeting! The event will be held at the Landmark Center in Room 317 with dinner being served from 5:30-6:30. Learn all about what we've accomplished this year, share our scholarship winner and Ambassador of the Year! Current members can join us for FREE, while non-members can purchase dinner for $15 OR become a member and join us for a year of fun!

Bring a friend, that is not already a member, for a chance to win a prize! If your friend joins the Ambassadors, you will receive an extra chance to win!

If you plan on attending please fill out this google form so we have an accurate count for food -

The Ambassador's Annual Meeting will be held May 19 at 5:30 pm at the Landmark Center. Please fill out the following form to RSVP for the dinner. We need to have an accurate count for the food to accommodate everyone. Please RSVP by 15 May, 2026.

Every year one of the things our organization gets to do is give a deserving St. Paul non-profit a donation of $1,000! Last year that organization was Meals from the Heart and we spent an evening packing meals for local food shelves.

Looking for something to do this weekend? We have your plans! Join us for Red VS Blue BINGO at Alary's from 1-3 pm.

This is a fundraiser for our organization that allows us to provide the wardrobe for the St. Paul Winter Carnival Royal Ladies, give out a yearly educational scholarship AND give a donation to a deserving St. Paul non-profit.

Get ready for an afternoon of fun and help support your side of RED 🔥 VS. BLUE! ❄️

If you are coming to either the 2026 Candidate Dinner or 2026 Crowns and Gowns Fashion Show please note that parking is free at the hotel! There are signs in the parking lot about paying for parking but since you are attending an event you can disregard this.

We are SO excited for this upcoming week and to see all of you at our events! ❄️
