This year, all 12 of them chose the food preparation track!

Since every woman is journeying on a similar path, it has created a unique opportunity for them to bond. They are sharing the same kitchen experiments, facing the same culinary challenges, and celebrating the same victories.

This shared journey is turning their classroom into a close-knit community. They aren't just learning how to cook; they are learning to rely on one another, lift each other up, and build friendships that will last long after graduation. It is beautiful to watch them grow together as future chefs and as a family.

Happy International Women's Day!

Today, we celebrate the incredible strength, determination, and achievements of women around the world, especially our amazing women at The Keziah House in Ethiopia.

At Eyes That See our work is deeply aligned with the goals of International Women’s Day: striving to create opportunities and support for women to achieve independence and build new lives.

This year, we're celebrating the women who have begun their vocational training—embracing new challenges in culinary arts and hair design. We are so proud of their journey of healing and growth.

A special shout-out to our Director of ETS in Ethiopia, Yonas, and his wife, Hana, and our whole staff who continually pour into the lives of the Keziah ladies, purposefully modeling support and community.

We have been busy here at Eyes That See in 2026! Our staff has spent many hours interviewing women to enter our 16th Keziah House class and has identified 12 women to join the class. The ladies have begun the initial steps of the program. We have taken them to the doctor for basic check-ups, and they have begun meeting and getting to know one another and the staff. It is inspiring to watch as they do the hard work of transforming their lives and step into this new chapter. Welcome, class of 2026! We are excited to journey alongside you!

Happy New Year! We hope everyone has had a wonderful season. We want to announce that the Eyes That See headquarters will now be located in Minnesota. Please use our new address, as our Louisville location will be closed by mid January.
