EVENT NEWS ✨🏈 Tailgate with us at the Mounds View High School Homecoming football game against East Ridge! Find the Mounds View Schools Education Foundation tent and learn more about how we are working to help fund initiatives for our schools thanks to amazing sponsors in our community. SEPTEMBER NEWS ✨ Back-to-school season is also open enrollment time for many workplace benefits! As you review or update your employee elections, check if your employer offers a matching gift program. A quick match request can instantly double the impact of your donation to our schools.

Giving to the MVSEF is easy through payroll deduction. Designate MVSEF through your workplace giving campaign. The payroll contribution plan is a simple way to make scheduled contributions over the course of the year.

Follow up with your employer’s HR department for instructions on how to facilitate a match or payroll deduction for your donation. The Mounds View Schools Education Foundation is a qualified 501(c)(3). Federal EIN #36-3579535.

SEPTEMBER NEWS ✨ In June, our Executive Director, Amanda Duffy, stepped down from her post to focus on her family before eventually returning to full-time employment. Duffy joined us in November 2023, and over the past few years, she has expanded our community connections with district leaders and schools, and fiercely advocated for our students. We appreciate Amanda Duffy for her dedication, passion, and leadership. Please join us in thanking her and wishing all the best.

In the interim, we are thrilled to reintroduce a very familiar face to the Foundation staff. Immediate Past President Amanda DePhillips has agreed to step in as our Executive Director while we conduct a search for a permanent leader.

Amanda’s history with the Foundation runs deep. She served as Board President from July 2024 to June 2026 and previously spent almost 10 years as our Director of Communications, managing the marketing, communications, and event planning. Her extensive experience ensures the Foundation will keep moving our mission forward smoothly without missing a beat. Please join us in welcoming her as our Interim Executive Director.

DATE: Tuesday, August 18 *Doors Open at 5:30 - Movie Starts at 6pm
