DATE: Tuesday, August 18 *Doors Open at 5:30 - Movie Starts at 6pm

The family-friendly movie will be played indoors at the Irondale High School Auditorium. RSVP using the form below for FREE popcorn at the concessions stand. While all ages are welcome, we ask that any children under the age of 18 be under the supervision of at least one adult.

Reliving last month’s Summer Social! ☀️✨ We are still feeling the energy from July’s gathering! Thank you to everyone who joined us to celebrate, connect, and kick off another incredible year ahead at the Foundation.

Happy trails, Amanda Duffy! ✨ This summer, Amanda stepped down from the Executive Director role to focus on her family before eventually returning to full-time employment. Duffy joined us in November 2023, and over the past few years, she has boosted fundraising and sponsorship. She has expanded our community connections with district leaders and schools, and fiercely advocated for our students.

We appreciate Amanda Duffy for her dedication, passion, and leadership. Please join us in thanking her and wishing her a wonderful season with her family.

🎒✏️ Help Students Start the School Year Strong! ✏️🎒

The Ralph Reeder Food Shelf's Good Neighbor Back to School Project is underway, and we're collecting new school supplies to help local students begin the school year feeling prepared, confident, and ready to learn.

This year, one of our greatest needs is backpacks for high school students. While supplies for younger children are often donated in abundance, backpacks suitable for teens can be much harder to come by.

Mounds View Public Schools Irondale High School

One of the initiatives of MVSEF is Early Childhood Touchpoints. This initiative helps young residents of the Mounds View School District to receive an age-appropriate book along with resources to help families engage in the district. The goal is to engage families early, build community ties and promote Early Childhood Education programs from birth - kindergarten.

It's rewarding to see the numbers- To date there have been;
492 onesies & resource flyers delivered to new babies in the district
516 cards & books delivered on the 1st birthday
548 cards & books delivered on the 2nd birthday
& 581 Early Childhood Screening postcards mailed out on the 3rd birthday
