Twin Cities Habitat is hiring a Compensation and Labor Relations Specialist. We're looking for an HR professional to join our team and help support strong, equitable, and effective people practices across our organization.

The Compensation and Labor Relations Specialist supports day-to-day labor relations administration, compensation analysis, HRIS maintenance, and reporting. They will partner with the HR Manager, Finance, and organizational leaders to ensure efficient and compliant operations.

For Habitat homeowner Linda, owning a home means giving her kids what her mom gave her: the comfort and safety of a home to call their own. After seeing her mom’s experience as a Habitat homeowner, Linda worked toward homeownership and now has a place where she and her children can make memories together.

Linda’s journey is a beautiful reminder that homeownership can give families more than a place to live. It can create a foundation for stability, connection, and a hopeful future.

Last month, we hosted our second Twin County Build with commissioners from Hennepin and Ramsey County. Commissioners joined us at The Heights development in St. Paul for a meaningful day of building, bonding, and talking public funding.

We are appreciative to work with leaders that share our goal of meeting the housing demand in our communities and ensuring everyone has a chance to unlock homeownership. Thank you all for participating!
