This summer the Council and 13 of our institutions wrapped up a multi-year effort to make it clearer and simpler for community college students to understand their transfer options. Supported with grants from the Teagle Foundation and the Arthur Vining Davis Foundations, the work included creating hundreds of pathways and a Transfer Admission Guarantee. The goal is to teach students how to better communicate with people they don’t necessarily see eye-to-eye with on topics and issues that frequently divide people in today’s political climate.
