Each year, we take time to celebrate the spirit of connection and generosity that makes our community so special. The DGE Giveback is one of our favorite traditions! It is a chance to shine a light on our nonprofit partners creating meaningful impact and to say “thank you” for all the good they do. We are lucky to work with each of you!
This year, we are donating $3,000 to the organization that gets the most votes and $500 to the second-place organization.

This spring, College Possible Minnesota launched Ready, Set, College! to support a cohort of incoming college first-year students. This program provides targeted coaching and support by addressing social-emotional learning skills and academic preparedness, delivered through a series of workshops, cultivating a sense of belonging and support on campus before these students begin their college journey. https://collegepossible.org/news/ready-set-college-supporting-incoming-college-students-in-a-new-way/

Congratulations to the ! “I’m incredibly grateful to College Possible, especially for the support I received during high school. My coach played a pivotal role in helping me navigate college applications and apply for outside scholarships. Looking back, I wouldn’t be attending St. Catherine University today without that support. The guidance I received was truly life-changing and a direct result of the incredible work College Possible does. I’m deeply honored to have been part of such

On May 3, the College Possible Minnesota team gathered at St. Catherine University to celebrate our high school juniors and graduating seniors. On March 31 and April 1, College Possible Minnesota’s Executive Director BG Tucker participated in the National College Attainment Network’s Leadership Summit and Annual Hill Day. Congratulations to College Possible Minnesota Robbinsdale Armstrong High School senior, Kennie, who is one of just 10 students to receive a prestigious Dease Scholarship, a full-tuition, four-year scholarship. Kennie will be joining the class 2029 at University of St. Thomas this fall. Please join us in celebrating this remarkable achievement. Way to go, Kennie!

Thanks to Erin Adler of the Star Tribune for continuing to shed light on and creating more possibilities for Minnesota students. College Possible Minnesota works with students from 50 Minnesota high schools; we also partner with the state to run Direct Admissions programs at any school not staffed to do it themselves.

Lawmakers want to expand the Direct Admissions program, which tells seniors about their college options, encouraging them to go to college in state.
