The Child Neurology Society (CNS) once again recommends that Child Neurology residency programs adopt a universal interview offer date of October 5, 2026.

On this date, programs should release their first round of interview offers, limited to the number of available interview spots, and allow applicants at least 72 hours to respond.

Why does this matter?
✅ Supports holistic application review
✅ Reduces stress from unpredictable interview timing
✅ Increases fairness and efficiency in the match process

🎉A major milestone for the Annals of the Child Neurology Society (ACNS)!

ACNS is now indexed in PubMed Central (PMC), the National Library of Medicine’s permanent archive of biomedical literature.

This milestone expands the discoverability and reach of ACNS research, making important work in child neurology more accessible and preserving it as part of a lasting record of biomedical literature.

The latest issue, Volume 4, Issue 2, features outstanding articles and commentaries on adrenoleukodystrophy (ALD), neuropalliative care, Down syndrome, fetal tissue research, and child neurology training.
