MDVA at Twin Cities Pride Festival, June 27 - 28

Minnesota Veterans and families are welcome to visit with the Minnesota Department of Veterans Affairs (MDVA) at the annual Twin Cities Pride Festival. Come and stop by our display table to learn more about how MDVA can connect you with the services and benefits you’ve earned. Team members will be available throughout most of the day to answer questions and have conversations.

MVH - Montevideo Celebrates Fiesta Days

Fiesta Day FlyerThe Montevideo Veterans Home will be hosting an event during the city's 80th annual celebration of Fiesta Days with root beer floats, guided tours and more!

Festivities will kick off at the Veterans Home Thursday, June 18 at 1 p.m. with root beer floats in the pavilion, on-site music and guided tours. The Chippewa County Veterans Service Office will also be on-site to answer any questions about Veteran benefits and eligibility. There will also be staff on hand to share career and volunteer opportunities. The event will run through 3 p.m. In the event of rain, the festivities will be moved inside the facility to the Steven J. Williams Community Room.

You do not need to be a Veteran to attend.
