Downtown Improvement District Ambassadors tallied a whopping 892,275 actions in 2025 to provide a safer, cleaner downtown for everyone. 🫂

The Saint Paul Downtown Improvement District (SPDID) encompasses 90 blocks from Lowertown to Rice Park/Entertainment District.
