Domestic Abuse Legal Advocacy Center, PSC Domestic Abuse Legal Advocacy Center, PSC ("DALAC") was founded on January 4, 2016 by attorney Evon M. Spangler.

The organization is a 501(c)(3) non-profit providing pro-bono legal advocacy to victims and survivors of domestic violence at shelters our organization collaborates with here in Minnesota. DALAC is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization that provides free legal advocacy to victims and survivors of domestic violence at shelters that our organization collaborates with in Minnesota. Legal advocacy is pro

vided regarding orders for protection, harassment restraining orders, child custody, divorce, landlord/tenant law, expungements, and various other legal issues as they arise. We provide, through our collaborating shelters, legal advocacy through monthly legal clinics and in-court representation on Order for Protections and eviction expungements to the shelter's clients.
