The carpenter's name is Bart Bader, and he was hired as a general foreman J Benson Construction in April of this year. A little background on Bart:

Bart had a son pass away from a tragic car accident a few years back, and two weekends ago his other son, Brett, also was involved in a serious car accident. His son was out bear hunting with some friends, and on a foggy morning ended up rolling his truck in an accident and was ejected from the vehicle. Paramedics were not able to get to him right away because they couldn't find where he landed, and he was not able to be air lifted from the scene due to the morning fog. As a result, he has found himself in critical condition and is currently in a coma at North Memorial Hospital in Robbinsdale, MN. Bart lives in western Wisconsin, and has had to take time off work to be at the hospital and with family while his son continues to undergo multiple surgeries on his path to an uncertain recovery.
