Lexington-Hamline Community Council Paul. The Lex-Ham neighborhood in St. Paul is bounded by University Avenue, Lexington Parkway, Summit and Hamline Avenues.

The purpose of the Lexington-Hamline Community Council is to improve the quality of life and bring about positive community change in the Lexington-Hamline neighborhood of St. Since the Lexington-Hamline Community Council was established in 1969, it has been the cornerstone for organizing and serving the 4,000 residents living in this neighborhood.

I wish more St. Paul-ites knew about the We Are Water MN exhibit that’s at the Capitol Region Watershed District through June 14!

We Are Water MN is a traveling exhibit that examines water issues across the state and in local communities through personal stories, histories, and scientific information.

The exhibit includes personal stories from 16 community members about their connections to water.

See the exhibit:

10:00 AM – 4:00 PM on Mondays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays

1:00 PM – 7:00 PM on Tuesdays

It's officially World Donut Day! How lucky that Lex-Ham has its very own donut shop Donut Trap!

Tucked right behind the Hamline Avenue bridge, The Donut Trap has flavors like "Girls Luv Beyonce" (dark Chocolate with a cherry amaretto drizzle) and "Uncle Clifford" (reeses peanut butter.)

They recently opened their patio for the summer - swing by Saturdays and Sundays from 10 am - 2 pm for fresh cake donuts!

The fifth annual Shadow Falls Art Fair will be presented on Saturday, June 13, from 9 am to 3 pm at 50 N. Mississippi Blvd. (the corner of Exeter and Otis Avenues) in St. Paul.

Neighborhood artists will display a variety of handmade work, including paintings, textiles, glass creations, photos, and more. There will be live music and treats. Stop by!
