Sometimes the best resource at LTE is sitting across the table from you.

LTE brings together outdoor ministry professionals who understand the joys, challenges, and the pace of this work.
You’ll learn from instructors, but you’ll also learn from each other - sharing ideas, comparing experiences, asking questions, and building relationships with people you can call long after LTE is over.

Come for the learning. Leave with a network.
There’s still time to join us November 5–9.

Registration closes October 23.

How can we build stronger connections between outdoor ministry and congregations?

Join us for the first Workshop Wednesday on October 14 for "Connecting with Congregations!" Whether you’re wondering how to maximize a great congregation relationship or figuring out how to tap into an unknown community, all are welcome to join the conversation.

Bring your lunch and your ideas. Let’s learn from each other and find new ways to connect camp and church!

Outdoor ministry requires a lot of its leaders. LTE is a chance to step away from the day-to-day and spend four days thinking about the bigger picture.

How can we build healthier teams? Stronger systems? More sustainable ministries? How can the systems behind our work better support the mission we’re called to serve?

Come ready to learn, share what you know, ask good questions, and return home with practical ideas you can actually use.

Starting this October, the LOM Education Committee is creating a space to learn, share ideas, ask questions, and connect with others in outdoor ministry. On the second Wednesday every other month, we’ll gather around a different topic that matters to the work we do.

Come with your lunch, your ideas, your questions, your team, and your experience. Whether you have something to share, something you’re trying to figure out, or you just want to listen in, Workshop Wednesday is for you.
