Neighborhood Development Alliance (NeDA) NeDA provides individual counseling and workshops to help people buy their first home, pay off debt, and make a financial plan for their future.

We kickstarted affordable housing development on the West Side in the 1980s. Since then we have built or rehabilitated 175 homes on the West Side, investing $30,000,000 of real estate development in the East Metro area. NeDA's main goal is to provide 1:1 coaching to help people reach their dream of home ownership. Since the 1990s, we have worked with 4,500 individuals on how to safely and successfully buy a home. We have also equipped 1,000 youth and adults with info on how to manage their finances. Our participants have paid off nearly $500,000 of credit card debt and we are proud to help everyone, regardless of income, language, or geography.

Honrando nuestras raíces, celebrando nuestra cultura y manteniendo viva la memoria. 🕯️🌼

En NeDA, creemos que nuestras tradiciones son mucho más que celebraciones: son puentes que conectan generaciones, fortalecen nuestras comunidades y mantienen vivos los recuerdos de quienes forman parte de nuestra historia.

Durante nuestra celebración del Día de Mu***os, este 28 de octubre, en 88 Cesar Chávez, St. Paul, MN, nuestra ofrenda tendrá un significado especialmente profundo al honrar la memoria de Renée Good y Alex Pretti, reconociendo sus vidas y el impacto que sus historias han dejado en nuestra comunidad.

por su apoyo continuo y por acompañarnos en la preservación de nuestras tradiciones culturales. Su compromiso nos permite crear espacios donde nuestra herencia hispana se celebra con orgullo, donde las nuevas generaciones descubren el significado de nuestras costumbres y donde el recuerdo de nuestros seres queridos encuentra un lugar para permanecer vivo.

Aunque nuestras tradiciones puedan expresarse de diferentes maneras, el deseo de honrar a quienes amamos es universal. Trasciende culturas, generaciones y fronteras, recordándonos que la memoria, el amor y la humanidad nos unen.
