Did you know that CPR can be performed in outer space? It is reassuring to know that our astronauts are prepared in the event of sudden cardiac arrest❣️
Are you prepared? Hands-only CPR is easy to do❣️
If you witness an adult or teenager collapse, are unable to wake them, and they are not breathing normally- call 9-1-1 and push hard/fast in the center of their chest (appx 2” and 100x a minute)
The 9-1-1 dispatcher can provide guidance on how to do CPR❣️
