What brought us joy as kids 🤝 what brings us joy now ✈️

For many in the NGPA community, the dream started with toy airplanes, airport visits, and looking up every time something flew overhead.

Now, it’s flight decks, jumpseats, crew badges, lifelong friendships, and a community built around a shared love of aviation.

Some dreams really do take off. 🌈

This year, NGPA is partnering with our Windy City Flyers Chicago Chapter for Chicago Pride 2026 as part of our Wings Over event series.

Join us in celebrating Pride while building connections and bringing together LGBTQ+ aviation professionals and enthusiasts from across the community.
