Greater Saint Paul BOMA BOMA is here to provide building owners and managers with advocacy support, education and training, and networking opportunities.

In today’s dynamic and evolving real estate industry, an influential and trusted voice for the commercial building professional is Greater Saint Paul Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA). During the past thirty years, BOMA’s purpose has remained the same – to provide members with advocacy support, education and training, and networking opportunities. Greater Saint Paul BOMA is one of over 100 local affiliates of BOMA International. In addition to the myriad of benefits our members derive from BOMA International, locally, we strive toward an enhancement of knowledge of the office building professional, and an atmosphere that will enable the most effective development, operation and marketing of office space. Greater Saint Paul BOMA’s membership consists of over 300 representatives from the commercial real estate industry, and service industry partners—members who provide services to the C & I Industry. It was a bright night for downtown Saint Paul last evening!

The relighting of the iconic First National Bank sign is more than the return of a landmark; it's another sign of the momentum and optimism building in our city.

It also marks a milestone for Greater Saint Paul BOMA. We're proud to welcome the First National Bank team back to our membership after many years away. It was a pleasure celebrating with Rick Rossi as we recognized both the building's history and its future.

Today, our hearts are with the families, friends, and coworkers of those whose lives were taken in Monday’s tragic shootings at a Saint Paul apartment community.

Those of us in commercial and multifamily real estate know that buildings are more than bricks and mortar: they are workplaces, homes, and communities. The people who welcome residents, manage properties, provide maintenance, and serve tenants deserve to be able to do their jobs safely.

Our industry is built on people. As we grieve with our colleagues across the property management community, we reaffirm our commitment to safe, welcoming places for everyone who lives, works, and visits our buildings.

We mourn the lives lost, stand with everyone affected by this tragedy, and are deeply grateful to the first responders and investigators who answered the call.
