Are you new? Or did you miss the last series of History of Help? This is your chance to join us as we learn, unlearn, and relearn the History of Help! Join MAVA and Brianna Miller in May. This series is all about being unapologetic about the untold history of Volunteerism within the United States, its roots in White Supremacy, and how we as volunteer leaders can challenge the status quo and reimagine what service can look like.

Sessions are starting soon. There will be 4 sessions this month on Thursdays. Sessions start on August 6, 2026. All sessions start at 9:00AM to 1:15PM CST.

We are incredibly grateful for Niila’s strategic leadership and the profound impact she has made in advancing equity-centered volunteerism across Minnesota. While we will miss her presence at MAVA, we are thrilled to support her as she steps into an exciting new leadership role in the nonprofit sector.
