Medical Assistance update from Minnesota DHS:

New federal rules begin in 2027, and some adults may need to report work, school, volunteering or another qualifying activity to keep their coverage. Many people will be exempt.

Use the DHS lookup tool by Aug. 31 to see whether this applies to you and make your next renewal easier. Using the tool will not affect your current coverage.
