♻️ Your old phone still has something to give.

Did You Know?
Phones contain valuable materials like gold, silver, and copper. Recycling helps recover those materials so they can be used again. That one device sitting in a drawer is a good place to start.

Ready to give your old tech a new purpose? Explore recycling options with PCs for People and visit pcsforpeople.org.

Building connections, and expanding digital access, in Kansas City! 💻🤝

PCs for People was honored to be selected as a beneficiary of the AFCOM Greater Kansas City Chapter’s annual golf tournament. Funds raised through the event will support a grant to help PCs for People purchase and distribute devices to local community organizations throughout the Kansas City area.

Our Regional Impact Manager for the Summit Region, Wondemneh Pawlose, joined our Kansas City Enterprise Partnerships Manager, Gregory Smith, MBA, at the tournament and used his time in the region to connect with local partners and community stakeholders.

The visit also included time with Kansas City Digital Drive and participation in an event held in collaboration with the Kansas Office of Broadband Development, creating more opportunities for conversation, collaboration, and strengthening relationships around digital access.

We’re grateful to AFCOM Greater Kansas City and our Kansas City partners for investing in stronger, more connected communities.

Your goals are moving forward. Refurbished tech can help you get there. 💻

For , we’re challenging the idea that refurbished means outdated. A previously owned computer can still have the features and performance you need today. Look at its specifications, supported software, and your everyday needs, not just the label.

Why rethink refurbished?

✅ Affordable options for your next chapter
✅ More useful life for existing technology
✅ Confidence with PCs for People’s one-year computer hardware warranty and lifetime customer support

Whether you’re building skills, applying for jobs, or tackling schoolwork, your next step doesn’t have to start with a brand-new device.

Explore available computers and check eligibility at pcsrefurbished.org.

What would your next computer help you accomplish?
