"Enriching diverse communities by building better Dads"

We feel that there isn't enough support out there for fathers that want to become better Dads. There are so many things that encompass being a Dad and being a positive role model in a child's life. So we want to fix that..

We want to offer programs that have a more holistic approach for mental, physical, and also spiritual healing. A way for us Dads to uplift each other and grow in a positive and comfortable environment.

We are currently offering yoga/meditation classes.

We are in the process of setting up strength training and cardio classes through LA Fitness

Stay tuned as we will be offering so many more things for a Dad to empower themselves and also spend quality time with their kids.
