Meet Zania!
Youth Volunteer at Nine Lives.
Zania discovered Nine Lives long before we had our current storefront. A lover of vintage clothing, she found us in our early days and later joined our volunteer team.
If you've ever heard someone excitedly announce, "This is cashmere!" while sorting donations, there's a good chance it was Zania. She has a keen eye for vintage pieces and quality fabrics and loves helping with new arrivals and styling our mannequins.
Outside of Nine Lives, she also volunteers with Open Arms, helping provide meals to critically ill people throughout the Twin Cities.
Favorite thrifted item:
A pair of blue silk pants from the 1980s.
When asked where she hopes Nine Lives will be in five years, she said she hopes we're still hosting events, and adding more cat art to the walls, one of her favorite parts of the shop. 🐱
And if Nine Lives were a drink?
Diet Coke. Because it's iconic. 🥤✨
