There are some things that are impossible to mix together!

As the MicroChurch movement gains more and more traction in the United States, a common occurrence is beginning to happen. That common occurrence is that the legacy Church takes notice of it and seeks to incorporate aspects of it into their church environment.

Many people are talking about a hybrid of the macro/legacy church and the MicroChurch/mission movement. This will never work! And the reason why it will never work is because it’s not about models and methods as much as it is about culture. The culture of these two modes or models clash at the core rather than trying to make a hybrid of the two we should be thinking about how we can collaborate and work hand and glove together.
