Make a wish. Make a difference. 💜🩵

If you’re visiting Mall of America ANY day this June, be sure to stop by one of the indoor ponds and support Sophie’s Squad through the Mall of America Pond Fund Program!

✨ How to Donate:
Simply toss your spare change into any indoor pond while you’re shopping, dining, or exploring the mall. Every coin donated this month helps support Sophie’s Squad’s mission of promoting mental health awareness, education, and resources for those who need it most.

No donation is too small—every penny adds up to create hope, start conversations, and make a lasting impact.

📍 Visit any indoor pond at Mall of America throughout June and donate to Sophie’s Squad!

Thank you for helping us make mental health a priority for all!

We are incredibly excited to finally share what we’ve been working so hard on…

Introducing "Let’s Talk: Sophie’s Squad" — our brand-new podcast dedicated to honest conversations about mental health 💜🩵

Through this podcast, we’ll share the stories of real athletes, students, professionals, advocates, and experts as they open up about their mental health journeys, the challenges they’ve faced, and the tools they’ve used to keep moving forward.

Our mission has always been to create spaces where people feel seen, supported, and understood. This podcast is another step in that journey.

No judgment. No stigma. Just real conversations, real experiences, and real hope.

We can’t wait for you to listen, learn, and be part of these important conversations. Because no one should have to navigate mental health alone.

🎧 First episodes coming Friday June 12th!

Only a few days left in Mental Health Awareness Month 💜🩵

Please consider making an online donation to help us continue supporting youth mental wellness, providing resources, and creating conversations that remind others they are never alone.

Thanks to Ideal Credit Union’s incredible generosity, your donation’s impact is essentially doubled — helping us reach and support even more young people in our community.

Every donation — big or small — makes a difference. Thank you for supporting Sophie’s Squad and helping us continue Sophie’s mission.

Today, we pause to remember and honor the brave men and women who made the ultimate sacrifice for our country. 🇺🇸

Memorial Day is a time to reflect on courage, service, and the lives that were given so others could live freely. As we gather with family and friends, let’s also remember the importance of supporting one another — especially those carrying grief, loss, or silent struggles.

A simple conversation, a check-in, or a reminder that someone is not alone can make all the difference.

We remember. We honor. We support each other.
