St. Michaels Community Center
SMCC has worked to serve as a safety net for, and a champion of, our community’s youth for more than 28 years. We offer a safe place and supervised learning & exercise opportunities for children of all ages.
We constantly strive to offer: more field trips and excursions to introduce kids to new and fascinating places; more classes and art projects, such as our annual mosaic undertaking; more reasons and means to not be bored or get into trouble.
We offer transportation to SMCC during the school year for those attending our after-school programs. And, this summer, we will offer transportation to SMES for those enrolled in our programs who are taking advantage of the lunch program at SMES.
Parents need us too! We try to help financially by offering scholarships to those that qualify and the new transportation for lunch this summer. We offer food distribution at SMCC twice a week to help St. Vincent DePaul enlarge their distribution area.
