What do you call someone who insists he is 100% right and that the poles are “wrong” - a person what wants to take what is not his - who claims ownership of countries and waterways that are not his - who starts wars he cannot win - who degrades anyone who thinks differently than him - who accuses those who think differently as being terrorists - who disregards public opinion - who plasters his face on any wall he can? Does Bully come to mind?
