Hey everyone!

We hope yall are as excited about the Trunk or Treat as we are!

A couple of things to keep in mind...

1. Please clean up after yourselves and your children! We would like to leave the field in the same condition we found it.

2. Please take candy or treats from each booth only once. We encourage everyone to stay as long as you like and enjoy the festivities, but we want to make sure that every visitor has an opportunity to receive goodies, and we can't do that if people are double, triple, quadruple dipping, etc.

3. No smoking on the field please.

**T-shirt Fundraiser**

We are working towards raising our goal of $400 to assist with filing fees and other expenses associated with getting our official tax-exempt status to make us an official 501(c)(3)!

We will be taking pre-orders for shirts soon, and the fundraiser will conclude on October 22 at the FOSM Truck or Treat. Shirts will be available for pick-up probably around Nov. 10.

Shirts are $20 each for all sizes. Sizes are Youth X-Small thru Adult 4XL. Please grab one and show your support for our organization and our community!

Exciting news! FOSM is going legit... That's right, we are officially working towards legal 501(c)(3) status. All donations will be tax-deductible!

We need your help to move forward! In order to obtain our official tax-exempt status, we need 2 things, money and time!

Time - This is the most important requirement. In order to receive tax-exempt status, we must have a minimum of 3 board members. We have 2 already (President & Treasurer) so now we need a Secretary. We anticipate that volunteer time will be no more than an hour/month unless we host events or volunteer with other organizations. If you would like to learn more, please contact us via email or Facebook messenger and request an application!

Money - Filing fees and other expenses will be a minimum of $400. Right now we will only be able to accept cash or check as a form of donation, but we will be expanding soon to allow for e-pay such as Venmo, CashApp, etc. Please reach out to us via email or Facebook message if you'd like to donate!
