SMASD School Police had a great time at the Reading Under The Lights event! 📚✨ Students had the chance to get their fingerprints done and enjoy a fun science-themed snack—Jell-O Petri dishes!

A huge thank you to G&A Financial, LLC for donating all the supplies that made this treat possible. Pictured with Officer Pistner is Mr. Quinn Cunningham, representing G&A Financial as one of the generous local partners who helped support this event.

We had a wonderful time connecting with so many of our students and their families during this year’s National Night Out. It was a true celebration of community, partnership, and connection.

Thank you to everyone who played a role in making the evening such a success. Your time, effort, and support helped create an enjoyable and welcoming atmosphere for all.

It’s always meaningful to see those who protect and serve engaging with the community in a different light—building relationships, sharing laughs, and simply enjoying the moment together.

🎉 National Night Out - tomorrow 08/05! 🎉

The SMASD School Police will be handing out FREE popsicles to kids and showing off our skills! 🏀🍧

We’ll also be accepting donations for the SMASD Police Mentor Program. ☀️

The weather looks great, the food will be tasty, and the fun is guaranteed—come hang out with your local first responders and enjoy the evening!
