It's time once again to honor someone who makes significant contributions to the Pleasants County community. Print this form, complete it and return it to the Foundation office by September 1. You also may pick up a form at our office or email us at [email protected] and we will send you a form. Remember, submit your nomination by September 1. The recipient will be announced in November.
