We had an incredible volunteer training event at AUMC in Alexandria, and a massive thank you goes out to the 40+ amazing volunteers who showed up ready to dive into our mission and learn their baking tasks!

But we didn't just talk about baking—we put our brand-new mobile oven to the test and baked 40 fresh loaves on-site! The best part? Everyone got to taste the fruits of their labor and take a warm loaf home.

Volunteers are the heartbeat of Bricks to Bread. Because of people like you, we can continue supporting purpose-driven bakers and building opportunities. 🌾❤️

Because of this amazing community, we raised over $3,000 for Bricks to Bread!!!

To everyone who showed up, donated, volunteered, shared the event, or supported us in any way — thank you. Your generosity and kindness mean the world to us.

It’s easy to look at $3,000 and just see dollars, but we see future ovens, shared meals, empowered families, and stronger communities.
