Paying for University is only part of the story...

We believe talented students should have the freedom to focus on what they came to university to do: learn, grow, build relationships, and become the leaders they’re capable of being.

That means looking at the full university experience and asking: What could stand between this scholar and their potential? Then doing our best to remove those barriers.

Because when students have the resources, stability, and support they need to thrive, their energy can go toward something much bigger—the future they’re building.

We asked our Mexico Scholars what they wish they could tell their 17-year-old selves, and their answers are reminders we could all use: give yourself room to grow, invest in the people who matter, protect your time and energy, and don’t be afraid to ask for support along the way.

Your degree is one part of your education. The experiences you build around it can shape just as much of who you become.

University is a chance to explore new interests, build meaningful relationships, challenge yourself, and discover how you want to make an impact. From joining a student organization to volunteering, finding a mentor, or simply trying something outside your comfort zone, every experience adds something to your journey.

There’s no single “right” way to make the most of university. Start with what matters to you, stay curious, and make it yours.
