Evangeline Area Council, Boy Scouts of America in Lafayette, LA is celebrating 100 years of serving youth in Acadiana. In doing so, we have designed 100 numbered patch sets to be sold to the public for $125 per set. Please contact our Scout office at 337-235-8551 to purchase.

Thank you for all your hard work at camp this past weekend!

Doing some underground work this weekend. These excavations are almost 5’ deep. Sorry about the one with all the water, it rained before we could get a picture. Both had significant leaks that were bad enough to bring water to the surface.

Thanks to Michael, Aiden, and Garrett Watts and the use of his mini excavator as well as Lee Wright repairs were made at two locations to the 4” water main feeding camp.

Any registered adult that would like to help with maintenance issues at camp should contact Ranger Bobby. We are always on the lookout for skilled and unskilled helpers.

Much like the 12 days of Christmas on the 12th day with 12 culvert sites replaced a total of 14 culverts changed. Many thanks to the men and women of the Louisiana Army National Guard.
