We are an affiliate of the Society for Human Resource Management, Chapter 0255 located in St. Joseph, MO.

Our Goals

1) To provide opportunities for conferences, cooperative exchange of information and research among members.
2) To raise the standards of performance in all phases of Human Resource Management.
3) To encourage adherence to Association and SHRM Code of Ethics.
4) To assist the community in civic affairs, which might encourage the development and progress of the Human Resource profession and employment in the area

🗣️Our HRMA chapter attended the SHRM Missouri State Conference in Osage Beach. Good job to John Marino and the leadership board for having an outstanding panel of speakers and creating an environment to support networking opportunities.

The HRMA of Northwest Missouri Chapter would like to thank our St. Joseph manufacturing community for participating in the dinner.

We also want to give a shout out to Carolynn Sollars for being nominated for the LEAD AWARD.

The “Be an Influencer” Event last Thursday was impactful. Andy Traub did a great job speaking on how jobs could better represent disability in the workplace. Thanks to all the leaders in the community that participated in the event. A big thank you to Rebecca Lobina and Missouri Western State University for hosting the event.
