Derrick J. Lambright is an entrepreneur, business strategist, and community advocate based in St. Joseph. He is the founder and owner of Bright Designs & Business Solutions, a creative marketing and apparel company that helps organizations, schools, sports teams, and businesses build stronger brands through custom apparel, graphic design, marketing, and business development services.
With nearly two decades of experience in sales, leadership, and operations, Derrick has built a reputation for combining creative thinking with practical business strategy. He founded Bright Designs to support entrepreneurs and local organizations by providing innovative marketing solutions, branding, and promotional products that help businesses grow and stand out in competitive markets.
In addition to running his company, Derrick works closely with local schools, sports organizations, and community groups, frequently partnering with teams, events, and businesses across Northwest Missouri. His background includes leadership roles in retail management, insurance sales, and business development, where he developed strong expertise in sales strategy, customer relationships, and operational leadership.

David Hershberger is a partner at Bright Designs & Business Solutions. Through Bright Designs he works closely with individuals, teams, and organizations to bring their ideas to life through custom apparel. David specializes in the sports division, helping teams elevate their branding, fan merchandise, and uniforms to the next level.
In addition, David serves as the head coach and owner of the St. Joe Bucks semi-professional football team, where he has built a reputation for developing talent, fostering a winning culture, and creating opportunities for athletes to advance their careers.
David is deeply passionate about family, mentorship, community service, and creating new opportunities for others, while emphasizing the importance of hard work, discipline, and leadership both on and off the field.
