Our varsity baseball coaches and players hosted 3rd-6th graders at our Elementary Baseball camp earlier this week. The boys endured the heat and got in quality work on offense and defense. The highlight of the camp was the slip and slide on Thursday. Who knew sliding practice could be so fun! The kids had a blast, and the smiles said it all.

Thanks to everyone who came out and participated!

This week was our elementary cheer camp! We had girls in grades 3-6 working with Coach Hollars and Coach Woods and our high school cheerleaders cheers, jumps, basic stunts, and teamwork skills while building confidence and school spirit.
We can't wait to see these future cheerleaders continue to grow and support SJCS with their school spirit!

The last three afternoons Coach Banks and her high school players (along with other adult helpers 😉) have been hanging out with our elementary girls basketball camp. They have been practicing their basketball skills as well as learning what it looks like to compete for an Audience of One! The last three days Coach Hook and his high school players have hosted our elementary boys basketball camp! They have had a blast learning basketball fundamentals, getting to scrimmage, and best of all they have had devotions each day from Coach Hook on playing for an Audience of One! They have learned what discipline means not just in becoming a better basketball player, but also how that translates to walking closer with the Lord!
