This is what our auction is all about.

The winning bidders of our "Surf, Sun & Tacos with Fr. Jack" experience recently spent the day learning to surf with Bill Boston of The Boarder line, followed by tacos and great company.

Thank you to Bill and the Boston family for donating this amazing experience, and to the Pater family for supporting Our Lady of the Lake through their winning bid.

Memories like these are priceless.

One of the many unique experiences featured in this year’s SCENE Auction was Mr. Balbo’s famous family gravy recipe.

The Boston family was the winning bidder on this silent auction item and recently welcomed Mr. Balbo into their home for an afternoon of cooking, laughter, and family tradition. Together they learned how to make his beloved family gravy while enjoying great food and even better company.

Thank you to the Boston family for supporting Our Lady of the Lake Catholic School, and thank you to Mr. Balbo for sharing not only his recipe, but also the memories and stories that came with it.

Experiences like these are what make the SCENE Auction so special. It’s more than an auction, it’s bringing people together and creating memories that last long after the event is over.

Because of this incredible community, we are proud to share that we officially reached our $100,000 goal for the Guardian Angel Fund during this year’s SCENE Auction.

That means the Lake Michigan Catholic School Fund will generously match that gift with an additional $100,000 in support of Our Lady of the Lake Catholic School students and families.

We are deeply grateful for the partnership, belief, and continued support of the Lake Michigan Catholic School Fund. Their commitment to Catholic education is helping make it possible for students to learn, grow, and remain part of the OLL family.

To every person who attended, sponsored, donated, volunteered, bid, bought raffle tickets, or supported this mission in any way, thank you. This was truly a community effort, and the impact will be felt for years to come.

Together, we are strengthening the Laker experience.

Because of you…..
Our SCENE Auction and Prom are intentionally scheduled back to back each year, and it’s one of the most meaningful parts of what we do.
When you attend, sponsor, donate, or support the auction, you’re not just showing up for an event, you’re directly creating experiences like this for our students.
Prom is a night they will remember for the rest of their lives. The joy, the friendships, the go-karts, the celebration, it all matters. And it wouldn’t be possible without the generosity of this community.
Thank you for making moments like this happen.

We’re getting closer.

We’ve raised $86,015 of our $100,000 goal. That means we are just over $13,000 away from unlocking the full $100,000 matching gift from the Lake Michigan Catholic School Fund.

Every dollar, big or small, helps, and right now it is doubled in impact.

This fund exists to make sure no student has to leave Our Lady of the Lake because of a temporary hardship. It’s quiet support, given with dignity, that keeps kids where they belong.

If you’ve been thinking about giving, this is the moment.

Help us close the gap and unlock the full match.
